Please try this method:,
1. Focus the comment.
2. press alt key and navigate to insert menu, and press enter over there.
Press tab until jaws announce, comment and, press enter there.
Now, once the comment pain got activated, activate the context menu.

While working on a document in trac changes I'm unable to make comment
in the document. When I visit the comment section by pressing
Control+Alt+M, and start typing Jaws gets hanged and nothing is typed
there. Can I know why this problem persists? I'm using JAWS 18 Window
7 and MS OFFIC
