Union Bank of India last year in July 2012 published Talking ATM user
manual (handbook) in accessible formats and in April 2013 published
second edition of the same. Very soon 3rd edition will be published.
This was informed and announced in the
hi listers.
i am going to raise a strong point today regarding banking as a vi.
and i think this is the right time to raise this pointafter listening
to bgfi's presentation regarding talking atms.
now my point is how does a vi come to know which banks in mumbai or
all over india offer talking atms
