hello shankar, there might be 2 possibilities 1. when you click on the link given in the mail, you will be directed to new tab or, new window press ctrl tab untill jaws says gmail. if there is 1 tab and jaws speaking same information when you press ctrl tab, just try pressing alt tab, if not, come
