What I would suggest you, just start the scanning, stop where ever you
want to stop, after 50 pages for instance. Now save the document as a
tiff image, using save picture submenu. Next time whenever you need to
start scanning, just open this image file, start your scanning.

Which format are you looking to save the document in after scanning?
If it is in simple MS word, scan it as two files and join them. If it
is in PDF, you should look for a merging software.

I required to scan a book using finereader. Since it is not possible
for me to scan all the pages at a time, I need to scan 50 pages and
want to resume from 51st page. How can I do this using finereader 11.
I am using Jaws 16 on windows 7 64 bit.
