Hi dear Techy and all friends, I also clicked on the link provided by Techy and
have just downloaded the file successfully. But have not installed it yet as I
am not facing any problem without it in Outlook Express so far. By the way, I
have Office 2003 installed in my computer.

this is because your client is set on english US by default. set it to
english UK. open outlook express, go to tools>options. press control tab to
go to speling options. press tab to language selection
