I guess, Vetri was mentioning here about Rohtary Helen Keller
Talkingbook Library located at Madurai- Tamilnadu. Yes, they will be
still using audio cassettes and they also have the capacity to convert
cassettes in to MP3 format and write them in CD. This library is
highly committed and in my next
