It happened to me also.
Either restore your system to the earlier or scan my documents or
format the system again.

example the my documents folder having other folders is not spoken
with jaws 12 when the explorer is opened. even with arrow keys up
down, the folder names are not spokan causing difficulty in
navigating.
any suggestions?
