at Kotak Mahindra Bank, SV road Malad Branch, Mumbai.  I am unable to 
independently use net banking services through https://netbanking.kotak .com 
due to presence of image-based CAPTCHA at the login screen. This is because 
image-based CAPTCHA are not solvable through screen-reader software used by 
persons with vision impairment to use their computers. In view of this, I 
request the bank to provide an alternative CAPTCHA on the net banking portal, 
such as audio CAPTCHA or math CAPTCHA, which is solvable through screen-reading 
software like jaws(job access with speach) website: www.freedomscientific.com
