Yes, that lock page particularly takes some time to load properly with the screen reader. I have developed a habit of pressing one finger for a long time on the screen, and then just moving it around till the time the feedback of the voiceover starts. It almost always works well. Sent from my

Hi, Enable the finger print or face ID from the settings. Open GPay, Go to the profile, under profile go to settings, select privacy and security, Go to manage your app lock, check the check box of use your screen lock existing pin or face ID, click on the continue button. Hope it helps.
