Hi Vaibhav,
Here are the steps to set the first row as the header.
1. Select the entire region containing the data on the spreadsheet. By
default content of a spreadsheet is not technically a table.
2. Format the selected region as a table. Go to Home tab -> Styles->
Format as
Use
Insert + shift + Alt + R/C
For row headings and column headings respectively

Hi, you have not mentioned which screen reader you are using but in nvda
you can press shift plus insert c for announcement of column heading and
shift plus insert are for announcement of rose.
