Just started 2.6.23-rc4 without any special parameters, and yes, Len, I confirm
it boots correctly.

The freezer only affects tasks in TASK_INTERRUPTIBLE.

I'm not sure, but it seems my laptop is much more quiet now, cpufreq works and
throttling as well! (throttling hasn't been working before).
