No, it doesn't, because:
1) I've got processor as a module, and because of this
processor.max_cstate=1 is ignored as a boot parameter.

If the processor is compiled as module, please remove the processor module
manually and install the processor module manually.In such case the module

I will change thinkpad-acpi, it is in the TODO list. It will reset fan speed
IF AND ONLY IF it was set to max or PWM OFF (which is a lot faster than max)
before suspend.
