So I tried 2.6.28-rc6 with the comment #20 patch reversed
Summary: it works!
The machine suspends correctly and resumes fine with a press of the power
button.

The Notebook starts with every command of u, fine... But still the CPU Throttle
is at minimum 1,2Gz ( 50% of Power), but the minimum must be 800 or sth. else.

Bug does not happen with Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex kernel 2.6.27-7
I don't know where's the magic, but I am booting with no special kernel
