Hello I wasn't able to get a output of acpidump, I have to look how to get it.
I tried all the commands and it seems that all of them made things a little
better.

Well, strang. Now I can't reproduce this anymore - under the same conditions.
The problem with the "extra level" above the 16th (?) level (OSD bar is shown

There aren't any that don't show this problem
This I believe is the first kernel that has both the video detection patch and
the Reserve low 64K of RAM on AMI/Phoenix BIOSes
