acpi_sleep=old_ordering allows the system to suspend and resume, but with many
errors in the dmesg log with IRQ and device reset errors. The dmesg is without
any USB

Understand what you said. But this bug is related with the hardware issue.

In this case there is a dmesg_before but no dmesg_after, which makes sense
since the system never actually finishes suspending.
