I found a workaround:
I contacted the mainboard manufacturer, they didn't help.
The solution was a BIOS option 'hide XIOAPIC functions': if I enable it, both
cores are detected.

Neither of these three booting parameters changed anything. So I guess this

I pulled kernel tree up until commit 4075ea8c54a7506844a69f674990241e7766357b
from git. This commit occurred after rc1 and supposedly fixes booting on XPS
M1330.
