for this thinkpad x230, cycle_count is not available at all because there is no
_BIX control method. Thus this is a feature that is not supported on this
laptop.

Well, we are quite late in -rc series, and the patch is cleanup -- it should

Hmmm. This xtensa commit can't possibly be responsible. I guess starting on one
machine and continuing bisect on second one was not exactly good idea.
