You rece
o my experience it will shut down ,
So it seems that Hal is responsible for that bug ,I have tried but with
no success ,
May be it is a staring point to tell which process is responsible for
the bug

Hi All
I suffer from that bug a long time ,recently I tested Fedora 7 live cd
(Gnome 2.18) and was curious if that bug is also there , I was surprised
to find out that it shuts off
my system ,The question is what are the differences , and can we
understand how
to cure this bug ,

Hi
I am having this bug also for long time ,
I now find in Ubuntu 7.04 that I can press *Suspend* and it completly
shuts down .
It does not fully work for me ,I think it should allow for fast recovery
,
I think it is worth trying

Hi
I am having this bug also ,it bothers me very much
But since latest 7.04 I am trying to press Suspend
_It shuts down completly _and should allow for quick start ,
The quick start does not work and I think it is related to
Bios definitions ,
