Title: Point and Print Restrictions-GPO
Hello all,
I am trying to set up internet printing and hit a snag. I am looking for GPO setting for Point and Print Restrictions in the Windows 2000 Server W/SP4 group policy snap-in. I thought there was supposed to be something under User Configuration

Since we are consolidating data
onto the same directory in the new server when a job from server 1 runs,
it removes the data that was already copy from server2. This is the syntax

According to the Best Practices for Delegating Active Directory, this is what
you need to do:
1. write properties on user object to modify User-Password attribute

One thing you could try is to just set up success
and failure auditing on that file and see if the computer is even trying to
get to it. Once you know that, then you have a better chance of knowing the next
step. You might also, just for the fun of it, grant that specific computer

Yes, there is a EUM User Agent (not the
whole EUM itself) that can be installed on domain controllers. It is not
a required component, but security groups really like it.

Since you mention it's a vm clone - is the computersid duplicated?

Hello list,
I am currently having a problem with a Windows 2003 server inside a
Windows 2003 server-based Active Directory domain. The problem is that
when I run the "hostname" command, it is empty:

I suspect this happened after doing a clone of the VM machine and, by

Check permissions on that file/folder - if you're running
this as a machine startup script then the group "domain computers" will need to
be able to write to it (and almost certainly won't have those rights unless
you've added them before)
