For W2K I don't know how many, but I do know it's measured
on
different ports, etc.
If you want to learn all about Windows domain functionality, load AD. If
you just want to learn the LDAP pieces, get AD/AM.

If your server runs the RPC service, these viruses can and will bounce
your machine if infected.
Did you keep your Windows up to date? When was your last windows update?
To help you more, some more information would be needed.
