Does

More important going for script is flexibility. You can play around like
anything than relaying on readymade applications.
I am looking for script because in our AD, almost 4000 ID's do not have
owner information. We just want to find out last logon stamp and get rid
of them.
Many thanks all,
I think managing asset (Specially, desktops, laptops and servers) is the
biggest challenge. It would be great, if some one have any idea.
I normally run wmi script and grab output in excel sheet but I am
looking some database system in background and some more intelligent
front-end software.
Hi Tim,
This is fantastic idea to work all list users to develop good inventory
module and use it. I know a bit of wmi scripting, I can share lot of
scripts.

Hi,
Does anyone know how to force a Windows 2000 Pro PC to logon to a specific Windows 2000 Server rather than just using any old server that can authenticate?
I have tried by changing LOGONSERVER environment variable to force logon to DC, but its not working.
Did you configure subnet for respective sites under sites and subnets
? I am sure they are missing.
