[ActiveDir] Accented characters in a CSVDE output

When using CSVDE to output a .csv file, any 'sn' and 'givenname' entries with an accented character are displayed in the CSV file as something like this: "X'41c3af737361746f75'" when opened in Excel. Is this an Excel or CSVDE problem? Anyone tell me how to display such names properly? When I go
