RRAS, select your server, right click and choose Properties. On
the IP tab, ensure that "Enable IP Routing" is checked.

problem here appears to be DNS. You might want to change the DNS server
on the VPN client to the IP of your internal DNS server to see if

My server at the office is Win2K Advanced Server (SERVER1) and has
Static IP Address.
The remote client is Win2Kpro (no static IP) and connect to the SERVER1
