that either uses or caches the user’s credentials. If the password

I would recommend using eventcomb to track this down. It is
a two-part process.
Load eventcomb and choose built-in query, account
lockout.
Point it first at your PDC emulator.
The events on your PDC emulator will have the IP address of
the DC where the lockouts are occurring.
