Did you change the first line with strDomain to be your domain?
I.E. For me I would have to change
strDomain = "joetest.com" ' e.g. emea.rallencorp.com ' -- END
CONFIGURATION -
Or
strDomain = "joe.com" ' e.g. emea.rallencorp.com ' -- END CONFIGURATION
