The services that do not start are : ASP.Net State Service Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Locator Licence Logging Distributed Transaction Coordinator
I am able to start the last one with the local system account but many DCOM erros are generated and when I open the Component Services, my computer has a red arrow meaning that the DTC service is not working properly.
