Well, this will be the last I say on this...
The reason we got into it was because Matt has done a lot for the Perl
community. He has written scripts, documented them, and given them away for
free.
That was the gist of the conversation...

I think Shawn, unless you have specifics, how can you comment on peoples
generosity and charity.
I believe, that Mr Gates and Mr Ellison, both give away more money in a year
to charitable causes than you would give away in your lifetime 10 times
over, regardless of what they take in, that's immate
Not real sure what that comment was about... But I can guarantee you, if I
had Gates money, I would do a lot more than he does.
And, I bet if you take a close look at what Gates gives away vs what he
takes in, and compare it to what I take in and what I give away, I DO give a
lot more than he do
