Thanks all,
Currently I use vim. I like it but a bit of colour here and there is good

I use UltraEdit-32, it opens everything and has features for programming in
almost any language, ...on my W2K system it replaces all other text editing
tools.
UltraEdit is shareware.

That depends on what you're considering a Perl editor. I'm

It is similar to the unix vi, but the windows version also lets you use the
mouse and standard cut and paste.

Um... emacs? That's what I use. It's slick and has a perl-editing mode.
I've heard other people rave about ActiveState's Komodo - I haven't
figured out what's so special. It just looks like a feature-free text
editor in Mozilla.

It's not free. But it is only $30. Try using EditPlus. You can get a 30 day
trial.
www.editplus.com
It's a fully configurable editor with syntax highlighting, auto-complete,
etc.

Hello ActivePerl,
How can I ask the question in the list: activeperl
Help, please
No, I can't, and 99.999% of us on this list can't.
That's why the headers and the footer to the mails
on this list have details how you can do it yourself.
Will people never learn? :))

Chandra,
If you open Word, you should be able to press ALT-F11 and then F2 to
get the object properties for Visual Basic. These should be the same for
using WIN32::OLE in perl.
