David, If your looking at compiling & installing modules from CPAN on WIN32. Here are the basic steps in accomplishing it. # 'nmake' is needed. Its a free download from MS. # 'cl.exe' is needed. The free download of the .Net Framework includes this compiler. It may be less of a hassle if you h
