I have been using the Perl Dev Kit on Windows XP for a while now. All of
a sudden, when I try to launch PerlApp, I get a dialog with the
following message:
pai.exe aborting
X c:\program files\ActiveState Perl Dev Kit 7.0\bin\perlapp.exe is
not recognized as a PDK tool.
