I installed Active perl and tried to run a script and I get this error any

I am making a referral...that checks what URl a person is coming from
and based of that URL it redirects them to another page...
no prob...except I only really need to check one URl and if that URL go
to a certain page
anything else go to another page...this is what I have, the refferal
