Has anyone by chance ever got MAIL::SENDMAIL to work with Hotmail specified
as the mail server?

I am having a great deal of difficulty in getting personal web server to run
my perl cgi scripts. It either claims i do not have permission or presents
me with a dialogue box to download the .pl file.
I suspect the problem may lie with the shebang line, what exactly should
this be when
