I think if you're going to use SHRDYNAMIC you might as well use DYNAMIC. How many files actually close within a few seconds? I've seen many instances where a large file will be attempted three times (CHANGINGRETRIES - 1, usually) and then be backed up on the fourth try. This means we move a bunch
