ANS8023E Unable to establish session with server.
ANS8002I Highest return code was -50.
When I tried restarting the server - it fails to comeup.
I even rebooted the server and TSM server fails to comeup.
Any help is highly appreciated..

which platform are you using? if you are using any unix server trying starting TSM
server in foreground, i.e. dsmserv in unix 'dsmserv.exe in Intel, see what errors
you get.
