We have been experiencing quite a few ANS1017E errors "TCP/IP
connection failure". We have involved TSM support to no solution and
some changes have been suggested to fix this here. We have checked the
network, moved schedul
It's been my experience that PST file are generally open during a backup
because users leave there computers on with Outlook open.
This would result in what's known as "fuzzy" backups where the files not
being copied properly, especially if you're serialization is set to
dynamic or shrdynamic.

I recall having the same problem early this year when we started using
the ISC. I am almost certain we resolved the problem by using the Admin
Center Support Utility to increase the virtual memory size for the ISC.
