Outside of some of the TDP Agents, yes, there is only one active copy of a
file. The Oracle TDP agent stores all data as active, so the Export
command would show all data for that node. For Agent backups, I usually
guesstimate the restore time as 150% of the time for a full backup. It's

1. You say TSM server is GB, probably all the clients are not though.
For the ones that are 100MB Nic's - DOUBLE CHECK before starting
restore at DR site that they and the Ethernet Switch ports they connect
to are set to 100MB Full Duplex - not auto negoti

What about a low tech solution to the problem: can the data be exported
to something more portable, like tab delimited or CSV? They you could
read the data using a bunch of different tools. Probably tough as you
don't have the source. But maybe some hacking?

upgrading Oracle TDP. It wound up being a permission issue on some of the
log files and the password file( ./tdpoconf password ) was not properly
created. I would check everything in /opt/tivoli/tsm/client/api/bin64 and
