Gary - Such a scheduling is at the mercy of the Schedmode being used by the client, where that one is probably Polling. Said another way, it is not the case that the server has not contacted the client yet, but that the client had not yet checked back with the server. Richard Sims

That depends on the version of TSM you are running. However, once reclamation, or migration is running you can't start another process. You have to tell it how many processes you want up front. If you are running TSM 5.4 or up you can: Migrate stg lo=0 Or for reclamation: Reclaim stg th=<%recl

The most definitive list of TSM's supported languages is in Appendix A of the Installation Guide manual. You can check what character sets your Unix OS knows about via the 'locale -a' command. Just 'locale' will show you which LANG setting is in force for your current process/session. Richar
