Are Exchange 2010 VSS backups affected by TXNBYTELIMIT settings in the baclient

Or is there anything else I can tweak to improve TSM throughput of a 2010 full

I have domain with a few management classes. All directories are usually coming
to MC with the longest expiry period.
I have added new MC with very long expiry period for some specific data and all
directories from nodes without DIRMC in dsm.opt immediately came to new MC.

I can not get silent install to work. with the 7.1 BA client for Windows.
When I look into the information center for 7.1, the procedure is exactly
the same as for version 6 although the paths after unpacking the 7.1 client
is vastly different from unpacking version 6.
