Is it possible to encrypt a Hyper-V VM backup when backing up the VM from the
host?
If so, how is this done?
Many Thanks,

For example: If we have a File Device Class with 4 directories, say dir1, dir2,

We are looking at a number of possibilities for a new backup system?
Until now we have a used a traditional tape based backup strategy -
but with falling disk and network bandwidth prices - we are looking at
the possibility of using a disk only backup solution.
One option is to use Tivoli.
Is this some kind of *very* late April Fools joke??
This can't possibly be serious!!

Keith,
You have to bring all of the Offsite tapes back to load into the
library. I don't want to have to do this. It's a shame that move
nodedata doesn't work like reclamations and move data for Offsite
volumes!!
NOTE: My Offsite tapes are in remote storage -not- a another library.
Many Thanks,
Richard,
I'm mainly concerned about the Offsite volumes. We have a small library
(IBM 3583) and a limited budget, so I was hoping for a simple
work-around to this issue. Never mind - I guess we'll just have to live
with it.

I have a number of filesystems on various servers which fragment badly

For local volumes I can simply move nodedata
I have a disk storage pool that I wish to rename. I have already

After renaming the storage pool I was getting a number of Data storage

data still left behind can be moved to the new stg pool or next stg.
