Folks,
While I S.A. about 16 TSM servers I am not a TSM administrator and know
little about TSM other than how to install and config the client and how to
kick off the scheduler. However, I am responsible for the scheduled backup
of these TSM servers to other servers and therein lies my dilema.

I have recently "inherited" the S.A. duties and responsibilities for several
TSM servers and I find myself wondering why sudo has been installed for the
use of the TSM administration team. Does the administration of TSM equire

Sorry for the stupid question but I've recently noticed that, despite the
fact that I have the location for the dsmerror.log specified in dsm.sys, TSM
consistently places the error log under root. What causes that and how can
I correct it?
Thanks in advance,
