The other possibility is that since the 2108 was replaced, there may
be a small chance the /dev/rmtX
to Appendix D in the 'Messages' manual for
recommended action.
09/17/02 17:05:12 ANRD mmsscsi.c(9161): ThreadId58 Could not move
volume 313AAB from slot 260 to slot 1127.
But there is no error from errpt.
Any advice will be appreciated!
Jason

Do anyone ever seen when a tape goes to status full
Camilo,
If the move data doesn't work,
you can use the following:
1. If the volume is on offsite ,
update vol volume_name access=readw
2. audit vol volume_name fix=y
3. del vol volume_name discard=y

I was using 3584 with 16E0 firmware. It always caused I/O error and made all
the tape drives offline.
I upgraded to 22U0, it worked fine a 4 weeks. But the same problem happened
again last week.

Do you have an external scheduler that you can
The problem of doing this way is that some of the data on your diskpool has
already migrated to the onsitepool if your diskpool is not big enough.
