Increase speed of TDP Exchange Backups

Our exchange backups (Doing Full) are a little under 4.0 TB and they are taking 14 hours. We are using a Virtual Tape library and the bandwidth is great, however they are just taking way to long. I also increased the Amount to 5 for each exchange node as we have 120 drives. Does anyone have a
