TSM 4.2.1.15 Backup Failures on Win2k

I am using TSM 4.2.1.15 to backup a Win2k member server. TSM is reporting backup failures on the following four files: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\ntuser.dat C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\ntuser.dat.LOG C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data

I am using the same settings for TCPBUFFSIZE and TCPWindowSize and it works for me too. Although, this is what I see in a sniffer capture (Ethereal) during a backup (Win2k server): TSM Server --> TSM Client TCP window size is 17162 TSM Client --> TSM Server TCP window
