I am on Windows 2003 and TSM 5.2.3.
Yes - I know i need to upgrade..We had it planned for next week to 5.4.
Right now the problem is:
1- DB volume extension was triggered and the space for that was not availble on
the disk.
2- My guy, swithced off the server and then restarted just to
7;t run TSM on Windows so Your Mileage May Vary on the upgrade.

Running TSM 5.2.3 (will upgrade shortly) and file server on Windows 2003
platform on all locations.
The problem:
1- We want our 350GB File data to replicate in other city over WAN link of 1MB.
2- Management do not want to purchase other software for replication.

hmm I have not explored this area of server to server copypools.. Hope that
someone else would be in better position.. ! I guess Michael.

Whereas I guess, Once you successfully remove the tape from library ..we do not
need to discard the data .. but you may ask TSM to move the data to the same
storage pool..in your case copypool.
