Run oslevel -l 4.3.3.0 to list the filesets that are not up to date. You
may have to do an update_all on all 4 of the AIX 4.3.3 CD's then run the
ML8 update_all again.

Update your perfagent.tools to 2.2.33.50. svmon was broken in the previous
few releases.

Do you have the perfagent.tools fileset installed? You should be at
2.2.33.50 for svmon to work right on AIX 4.3.3.

TSM 4.1 has support for IBM LTO drives at least on AIX and NT with the
latest Atape driver.
