After Creating the symbolic link... Please check the oracle user having read &
write access on below files...
1) dsmerror.log
2) tdpoerror.log
3) TSM.PWD(tsm password file)
Test the connectivity from oracle user by issuing the below cmd...
Tdpoconf showenv -tdpo_optfile=
