As far as Log sizing, I think the only log size that makes any sense is
exactly 12gb. Why make it smaller, when disks are so cheap? And you
cannot make it larger, because as you say, you've got to leave yourself
someplace to go when it fills up.

But right now you're in a jam - you've got to extend your log, but you
cannot because it is as large as it can be (13gb). Call Tivoli support.
Then shrink your log back down to 12gb, so you can do an
