if you have license for the DR manager (the tsm enterprise edition) you can do server 2 server virtual volumes. Works pretty good here, look in the manual on how to set it up. (is pretty straight forward) You need a tcp ip connection on port 1500 (and maybe 1501 also) between the server ofcourse.
