I see 8 network interface when I am in \tcpip\bin\tcpcfg utility, while
there are only two physical NICs on the OS/2 box. What does it mean?

I'm not aware that there exists a medium change for the TS1120 or TS1130.
What, exactly, do you have there, and what are you trying to implement?
