If all the archives are under the same archive copygroup, you can modify retention of the corresponding archive copygroup. However, all other backup archived via that archive copygroup will also be affected. So, retrieve and archive them again is an alternative. Thanks. Regards, Eric Tang

Gidday there. I'm running ADSM 3.1.2.50 on Solaris 2.6. I originally backed up some files for a user to keep for 16 days and now I'm advised they need to keep it for 40 days. I think I know the answer is "no" but is it possible to extend the retention period for an archive that's already been ta
